The Performance Space/Ballroom is available for rental by the half day, full day, week or month.

We offer a standard 7 hour rental package which is idea for receptions, conferences, concerts or community events. This package includes:

- Performance Space/Ballroom for a 7 hour time slot

- Security Detail for a 5 hour shift (longer if required)

- Use of all Tables and Chairs (and assistance in setting up)

- Clean-up of the Ballroom before and after your event

- All Utility fees (including heat and A/C)

- Additional cost for use of Performance Space lighting, sound equipment, movie screen 

  and projector, VCR , DVD player.

Catering

Sound-

The Performance Space is installed with a flexible sound re-enforcement system. We have a variety of different microphones and speakers which can be set up in different formations depending on your needs. Please see our Sound Equipment Inventory for more information.

Lighting-

The Performance Spaces is installed with a ETC theatrical lighting control system. Lighting is set-up in repertory style in the staged area, to give you a flexible use of the inventory. The lighting can be changed for more complex theatrical performances. For more information, please see our Lighting Inventory and also our Rep Plot

Seating and Occupancy-

Seating can be arranged to accommodate anywhere from 200 to 340 patrons. Tables and chairs are available onsite for use. Please refer to the General Rental Information Packet for suggested set-up arrangements.

Technical Support-

We can supply technical support for theater performances, conferences, receptions, film screenings, etc. A technical director will be available for you event, and additional support can be hired for more complex events at the owners expense. We may assign additional technical support for events needing the additional assistance.

House Staff

We can supply house staff (house managers, ticket takers, etc) when requested. Performance organizations are responsible for handling there own box office and house management unless other arrangements have been made

Catering
